JBoss Tools 3.2.2.Final Stable Release
Requires Eclipse 3.6.2 / Helios for Linux, Mac or Windows.
To install JBoss Tools, start up Eclipse 3.6.2 then:
Help > Install New Software... > http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/helios/Downloads
You can also download Update Zips (Archived p2 Repos) for offline installation, but DO NOT UNPACK THEM into your Eclipse root or dropins folder! Next, install into Eclipse using

NOTE: If you are using Mac OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) 64-bit, you may encounter a problem launching the Visual Page Editor due to XulRunner / SWT issues. Try this workaround.
