Open Source IP
The intellectual property of all specifications must be licensed under ASL 2.0. A member should never be able to halt a specification because of IP conflicts.
Open Process
All specifications must be designed and written in the open. This means public mailing lists that anybody can subscribe to and post to.
Anybody can contribute
There is no restricutions on who can be on or contribute to a specification. This is being run as an open source project.
