JBoss Developer Studio Entitlement Terms and Conditions

JBoss Developer Studio is available for Windows, Linux and MacOS Tiger 10.4.x and earlier, available while supplies last. The Approximate Retail Value of the Entitlement is $99 USD. The Entitlement is non-transferable and is not elibible for cash redemption. The Entitlement must be activated by May 31, 2008 and will expire one year after the activation date. The Entitlement cannot be combined with other discount offers. Limit one Entitlement per person. The activation of the Entitlement is subject to the subscription terms and conditions. The Entitlement does not include technical or customer support. Government employees and contractors are not eligibile to receive the Entitlement. You acknowledge that your employer is aware of and consents to your receipt of the Entitlement, and that your receipt and activation of the Entitlement does not violate your organizations policies and regulations.
