* Fixed a minor bug with Federated Single SignOut

* Added support for web applications using their own (non-JAAS) authentication mechanisms

* Cleaned up some code with the LoginProvider and enhanced the interface to support non-JAAS authentication

* Includes a real life demo application involving a Federation consisting of two JBoss Seam applications, namely DVD Store and Hotel Reservation System

* Updated the SSO test application with support for non-JAAS usecases, and removed LDAP dependency so that the test can be run out-of-the-box
