Version 9

When a user requires commit access to a source code repository the following steps must be followed.

    1. Register for a jboss.org account if they haven't done so already

    2. Sign a contributor agreement for the project/s they wish to contribute to.

After an agreement has been signed they will receive a confirmation email to ensure we can actually get in touch with them.  Once they have confirmed their email their application becomes visible in the pending application queue.

Project leads are then notified and will either accept or reject the application. If accepted then a JBoss Community administrator is notified for final acceptance.

Once the agreement has been fully accepted project leads should adjust permissions to allow the new contributor to commit changes directly into the relevant source code repository. In the event that project leads do not have access to their own ACLs, helpdesk@ can be contacted to grant commit rights.
